Benefiting from the strong aerospace tradition which has grown up around Belfast, the company has attracted highly trained engineers focusing on stress engineering, structural design and systems.

BASE has also established strong links with the Aeronautical Engineering Department at Queen’s University Belfast, through placement of graduate and undergraduate engineers in research based initiatives.
